About Us    Associated Real Estate Inspections has over 28 years of Trade Experience in Heating and Refrigeration and over 30 years of Building and Renovation Experience. We have also passed all the necessary Examinations and completed the courses on the Code of Ethics, which our firm abides by. Our Inspectors must also fulfill Continuing Education Requrements every year. Associated Real Estate Inspections is a Member of and Certified by NSHI (National Society of Home Inspectors) as well as Certified by NACHI (National Associatiion of Certified Home Inspectors) Certified Commercial Property Inspector.and Trained by PHII (Professional Home Inspection Institute) in the following: Basic Home Inspections, Advanced Home Inspections and Plumbing and Electrical Continuing Education. We are also associated members of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and air Conditioning Engineers and former holders of Gas Fitter G2 and Oil burner Mechanic Licences.  Associated Real Estate Inspections will inspect every property to the highest standards possible and endeavor to answer any questions or concerns our clients may raise at the time of the inspection or at any time in the future.
